Having served on the Mendota Heights Planning Commission and Airports Relations Commission, various Dakota County commissions and a variety of civic and social action non-profit boards, this is the right time for me to run for City Council. I am thrilled by the opportunity to further serve our community."

Professional Experience

Sally is an Assistant Vice President at a nationwide bank and has over 30 years of experience as a Learning and Development Consultant in the areas of eLearning and instructor-led training. She has demonstrated consistent success designing and developing learning management systems and custom curricula.

Sally has extensive experience in leading training organizations, facilitating workshops, managing online and instructor-led learning initiatives, building trust relationships with clients, selling custom training solutions, and coaching creative teams.

Her goal-oriented nature results in projects consistently coming in on time and within budget. Her hands-on business experience and skills keep projects aligned with business objectives and return on investment.

Because of Sally's talents in business and in working with people, coupled with her creativity, she is adept at identifying innovative and effective strategies, resources and budgeting solutions. She has a proven record of exceeding expectations in negotiating agreements and in project completion results.
